Size guide:
Small = 7.5 – 8″ (19 – 20cm)
Medium = 8 – 8.5″ (20 – 21.5cm)
Large = 8.5 – 9″ (21.5 – 23cm)
XL = 9 – 10″ (23 – 25cm)
XXL = 11
